FIA GT3 European Championship

The FIA GT3 European Championship originated in 2006, next to the FIA GT Championship (this championship is now separated into the FIA GT1 World Championship and the FIA GT2 European Championship). The grid of cars competing in this championship is varied. Here is a list of cars that race in this category: BMW Alpina B6 GT3, Morgan Aero Supersport, Ferrari F430 Scuderia, Audi R8 LMS, Lamborghini Gallardo GT3, Ford GT, Viper Competition Coupe etc. The races of this championship are usually held together with other championships of the same level (e.g. Belgian GT).
